With regular yoga practice, you can clear all the distractions and redirect your vital energy that has diffused within yourself. This is the energetic facet of self-mastery.

Yoga helps you to gain the knowledge of your own self as a whole. It helps you to discover individuality while also understanding that you are a part of that wholeness, which is in everything.
